The Broan® AE110S Flex™ Series ENERGY STAR® Certified Humidity Sensing Ventilation Fan is a 110 CFM Ventilation Fan that offers easy, room side installation, with “No Attic Access Required”. Ceiling mounted ventilation fan features foldable mounting ears and EzDuct™ connector for easy installation. New duct damper technology provides a tighter seal, resulting in reduced warm and cold air backdrafts. With the humidity sensing feature, the bath fan will automatically turn on and off when humidity in the room reaches the set point by the consumer. This energy efficient fan operates at 110 CFM and a quiet 1.0 sone.

• Project Packs available: A000HSNF, A000HSKT – Housing Packs AE80BF1, AE110F1 – Finish Packs AUTOMATIC CONTROL: • Humidity control automatically turns fan ON when either of these conditions is detected: a rapid to moderate (user adjustable) increase of humidity humidity above user-adjustable set-point (50%-80% RH) • Two wire manual operation for odor control - Turns fan ON when power line through wall switch is cycled ON, OFF and back ON • Remains ON for a user-adjustable 5 to 60 minutes after humidity has stabilized and is below set-point or after manually initiated through power line cycling • Saves energy because unit runs only for the time required. A unit controlled with a wall timer may keep fan ON longer than required or turn it OFF before room is sufficiently ventilated
