The UltraLite® UC3636-3CA is a 36x36x3 earthquake code compliant lightweight concrete composite equipment pad designed to support HVAC condensers and heat pumps and other outdoor equipment. Required nearly exclusively in Southern California, the UltraLite® pad is available for compliance with strict attachment provisions detailed in earthquake prone local building codes. Only available in most of Southern California and portions of Washington and Oregon.
