The USB-W Wi-Fi® wireless service adapter is a tool for technicians that is custom programmed to interact with the USB service port on TruVu™ controllers using Field Assistant or i-Vu Pro. The USB-W can also be used to connect with the controller via the Equipment Touch app (version 1.4.8 or later). This high-speed service port connection expands flexibility for servicing and setting up Carrier TruVu controllers.
